From Seville to Casa de Viña de Alcantara
- Leave Seville on the AP4 toll road in direction of Jerez de la Frontera
- Take exit 78 towards N-349/A-382 Arcos
- Keep left at the fork to continue towards A-382 road
- Keep right at the fork on the A-382 road
- Take exit 3 towards Torremelgarejo / A-382 a
- Continue straight
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit the A-382a heading to Arcos de la Frontera
- Casa de Viña de Alcantara is on the right after 2 km.
From Jerez airport to Casa de Viña de Alcantara
- Go through 2 roundabouts, teke the 2nd exit onto the A-4 ramp to Jerez / Sevilla / Cadiz AP4 / E5
- Merge onto the A-4 take exit 631 towards Cadiz AP-4 / E-5/ A-382 / Sevilla / Arcos de la Frontera
- Continue straight
- At the raundabout, take the 2nd exit
- Slight right onto the E-5 ramp to Arcos de la Frontera / Cadiz / AP-4
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Arcos de la Frontera / A-382 and merge onto A-382
- Take exit 3 towards Torremelgarejo / A-382a
- Continue straight
- At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto A-382a heading to Arcos de la Frontera
- Casa de Viña de Alcantara is on the right after 2 km.
From Los Barrios to Casa de Viña de Alcantara
- Take the A381, take exit onto E-5 / A-74 towards AP-4 / Sevilla
- Take exit 80 to merge onto A-382 towards Arcos de la Frontera
- Take exit 3 towards Torremelgarejo / A-382a
- Continue straight
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto A-382a heading to Arcos de la Frontera
- Casa de Viña de Alcantara is on the right after 2 km.
